Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid to Schema Designlab for Field Notes packs, Audit Desk seats, Signal Clinics, or Lab Cohorts, subject to the conditions below. Free materials and promotional access are not refundable.

Timeframe

Request a refund within 14 days of payment if the programme has not started and digital materials have not been substantially accessed. For live cohorts, “started” means the first facilitated session has begun.

Full refunds

You receive a full refund when you cancel within the timeframe above and we have not delivered the first live session or unlocked downloadable packs beyond a preview page.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after a cohort has started but before the midpoint, we may issue a partial refund of up to 40% of the seat fee at our discretion, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed Signal Clinics once the working session has occurred
• Custom case-pack preparation already delivered for a Lab Cohort
• Third-party venue or tooling fees passed through at cost

Refund process

Email contact@schema-designlab.digital with your name, invoice number, programme name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Schema Designlab

If we cancel a cohort or clinic, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

We consider serious illness or bereavement on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation. Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected where they apply.
